Less than 300 yards from our resort lies Rye Patch Reservoir. a beautiful -mile long lake that offers great boating, windsurfing and fishing. Trophy-sized walleye and limits of white bass are a common sight at this fisherman's paradise. Nearby Rye Patch State Park has numerous campsites and boat launching facilities available to the public.

The magnificent Humboldt Range, which borders the Ranch to the east, affords some of the most beautiful high desert and mountain scenery found anywhere in Nevada. Several canyons are accessible for hiking, horseback riding, or four-wheeling. The 9,000-foot range also has an excellent reputation for mule deer and chukar hunting.

Fishing, camping and water-fowl hunting are available on the Humboldt River, which borders the Ranch to the east and is within easy walking distance of the Resort.

Or you can just kick back and breathe in the clean, clear mountain air. You'll experience some of the most enjoyable weather anywhere, with warm summer days, cool nights, low humidity and mild, virtually snow-free winters.
